Android 4.3 JellyBean on HTC One [leaked]
These days, leaks of new phones and software are happen all the time,
and Android is no exemption. With all the Android devices out there, it
is rather hard to keep up with new stuff being released. One of the
more popular devices in recent times, though, is the HTC One. I’ve even
heard of some hardcore Apple enthusiasts mulling over the idea of trying
out the HTC One. That ought to be a clear indication of the potential
of this device to really take off!
So, it was not really such a big surprise to hear that there has been a leak of the pre-release of the HTC One Android 4.3 update. Android 4.3 has received a lot of attention, not in the least because it’s the latest version. It’s supposed to be a “sweeter Jelly Bean“,
with features such as Bluetooth Smart support, restricted profiles,
high performance graphics, virtual surround sound, autocomplete on the
dial pad, easier text input, and more.
As is normal with these software releases, not all devices are able to run them; additionally, even those which have the capability may not get the update as soon as the software is released.
That is the case with HTC One, although rumor has it that before September ends, North American users will be enjoying the sweeter Jelly Bean. That remains to be seen, of course, although it is only logical for this high end phone to get the firmware upgrade at some point.
Thanks to LlabTooFeR, though, a pre-release version is out there. If you are impatient, or simply adventurous – as the case is with most Android users I know – then you can check out the HTC One Android 4.3 pre-release leak. Of course, in order to be able to get something out of this, you need to be a little tech savvy.
