Look Before you proceed:
- Unlock your bootloader if you haven’t unlocked it by going to the HTC Website.Unlocked Bootloaders is necessary.
- Enable USB debugging your HTC explorer.
- Have a Good charge of Above 90%
- If you have any problem stop and think.

- Htc Syn-Download here.
- A310e Recovery-Download
- Superuser-Download
Rooting Process:
- Double Check the BootLoader to see if it unlocked.
- Extract the recovery file.
- Run the Recovery.bat in fastboot mode.
- Now the superuser.zip should be placed on the sd card,I.E the root level
- switch off and enter the recovery Mode(pressing Power&volume&home Key)
- Now Flash the zip from sd card that is the superuser zip.
- Be calm for the process to complete.
- Phone shall Automatically restart after process is over

Installing Cyanogenmod:
- Copy and paste the ROM in the root Level of the SD card (First Level /)
- Reboot the Device into the Custom Recovery
- Caution : Make Backup before you Proceed
- Wipe the Data by choosing the option “Wipe date” and then Select confirm Wipe data -”Yes”
- Flash the Jellybean Rom by selecting “Install zip from Sd Card”
- Go to the file and Confirm the flash and allow the process to complete
- If there is any patch use the same “Install zip from SD card”
- Wipe Data Again
- Wipe davik cache
- Reboot and be calm(takes time to load)
